Ingredients

• 1/3 c olive oil
• 1/3 c dry white wine
• 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped
• 3 Cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
• 1-1/2 lbs TURKEY TENDERLOINS, cut in 1-inch pieces
• 12 bamboo skewers
• 1 c bread crumbs
• 1 c grated Romano cheese
• 1/4 c unsalted butter
• 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
