- 10 tsps Dufrais cider vinegar
- 3 tsps Tate & Lyle Fairtrade caster sugar
- 2 Cucumber
- 250g Shitake mushroom
- 300g Courgette
- 500g Large spinach leaf
- 500g Beansprouts
- 300ml Prep Premium toasted sesame oil
- 800g Tilda fragrant jasmine rice
- 215g Yutaka 100% natural Korean kimchi
- 300g Everyday Favourites mayonnaise
- 10 Everyday Favourites free range medium eggs
- 3 tsps Hulled sesame seeds
- 2 Red chillis
- 10 tsps Lee Kum Kee light soy sauce
