Roti Samoosas recipe by Hajira

Ingredients

• 2 medium potatoes cubed boiled until tender
• 1 small onion
• 5cm piece leek sliced thin
• Pinch of mustard seeds
• Pinch of cumin (Jeeru (Cumin)) seed
• Pinch Methi (Fenugreek) (fenugreek) seeds
• ½ teaspoon turmeric
• 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander)
• ½ teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin)
• Salt to taste
• 1-2 dry red chillies
• 1 teaspoon red Masala
• 2 tablespoon coconut milk (optional)
• 2 tablespoon oil
• Chopped dhania (coriander) and spring onions
• 2 cups flour
• 1 level teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)/oil (I used oil)
