Lime Chicken Tacos | Recipe Cloud App

Ingredients

• 2 large chicken breasts
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2-3 green onions OR approx 1/2 cup chopped onion
• 2 cloves of garlic minced (I buy the pre-minced stuff from the store and do a heaping scoop)
• 1/8 cup red wine vinegar
• 1/2 lime juiced (I just pour a bunch from a bottle. Probably between 1/8-1/4 cup).
• 1 teaspoon sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Black pepper to taste
• 1 tablespoon cumin
• 1-2 tablespoons dry cilantro or fresh to taste
