• 1 cup plain breadcrumbs
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 cups mashed potatoes (around 3 medium ones, cooked and mashed)
• 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1/4 cup chopped green onions
• 2 large eggs
• 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
• 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
• Salt and black pepper as needed
• Vegetable or canola oil for frying
