• 10 slices of french bread (approximately 5 cups cubed)
• 3 large eggs
• 1.25 cups of sugar
• 1.5 tsp of vanilla extract
• 1.25 tsp of nutmeg
• 1.25 tsp of cinnamon
• 2 tbsp of unsalted butter
• 2 cups of skim milk
• 1 cup of dried cherries
• 1 tsp of grated lemon zest
