• 2-3 tsp. salt /2-3 tsp. sugar (depending on sweet / savory version)
• 1 500g package ricotta cheese
• 7 tbsp. 0.1 L milk
• 13 ½ tbsp. 0.2 L sour cream
• 7/8 cup 200g butter
• Raisins (for sweet version)
• Pork cracklings (for savory version)
• Egg wash
