Ingredients

• 2 sheets of Pastry
• 1 Tblspn Olive Oil
• 1 clove Garlic, crushed
• 1/2 cup finely chopped Onion
• 1/4 cup finely chopped Capsicum
• 1 cup cubed Sweet Potato
• 2 cups cubed Potato
• 1.5 cups cubed Pumpkin
• 1 Tblspn chopped Parsley
• 2 tspn Vegetable Stock powder or 2 cubes crumbled
• 200g Beans, blanced & chopped
• Salt & Pepper to taste
