- 8 oz 227g Lasagna noodles
- 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon 2.5ml Oregano - optional
- 1/2 teaspoon 2.5ml Basil - optional
- 1/2 cup 118ml Vegetable juice cocktail
