• frozen with trivia
• 10 tbsp olive oil or sunflower oil
• 600-700 g raw chestnuts or 30
• 500 g minced meat sausage
• strongly flavored
• 8 bacon slices +200 g bacon
• 5 onions
• 250 g rice
• 500 g mushrooms
• 2 eggs
• 200 g butter
• seasoning for chicken
• 1 tsp dried thyme or 2 sprigs fresh
• salt
• pepper
• 1/2 cup dry white wine
• crumbs 3-4 slices of bread graham - slightly browned in microwave
• other garden spices - optional
