  • 2-3 dash(es) louisiana hot sauce (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon(s) minced garlic
  • 2 - bay leaves
  • 1 tablespoon(s) ham flavored better than bouillon, optional
  • 1 can(s) rotel tomatoes and chilies (mild, original, or hot; we use mild)
