Carrot cake with dried cranberries and cream cheese cream

Ingredients

• 2 cups sugar
• 1/2 cup canola oil
• 1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce

• ¼ to ½ cup dried cranberries
• ½ cup pumpkin seeds
