• 1/4 cup flat-leaf parsley
• 1/4 cup cilantro
• 1/4 cup walnuts plus more for garnish
• 1 garlic clove
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• rand yellow beets, thinly sliced
• 1/2 red onion, sliced
• balsamic glaze, to garnish
