Nancy's carrot cake recipe

Ingredients

• 2 cups flour
• 2 cups sugar
• 3 cups (1 pound) shredded carrots
• 1 cup oil
• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon (add a little more)
• 4 eggs
• 8 ounces Philadelphia Cream Cheese
• 1/4 cup margarine
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 1 pound confectioner’s sugar
