Ingredients

• 3 Blocks – Cream Cheese, well softened (8oz pkg)
• 1 C – Sugar 
• 3 T – Cornstarch 
• 6 T – Sour Cream 
• 10 oz – Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips
• 1 T – Vanilla 
• 3 – Eggs
• 5 – Egg Yolks
• 3 C – Graham Cracker Crumbs 
• 2 T – Sugar 
• 1 t – Salt 
• 12 T – Butter, melted 
• 2 ½ C – Heavy Cream 
• ½ C – Sugar 
• 1/3 C – Milk 
• 1 pkg – Gelatin
• 6 Slice – Bacon, thick cut
• ¼ C – Apple Pie Rub
