Ingredients

• 2 (10 oz) Rastelli's Ribeye Steaks  
• 2 Tablespoon butter 
• 1 red bell pepper 
• 1 onion diced 
• 3 cloves garlic crushed 
• 8 oz cream cheese
• ½ cup sour cream
• ½ cup milk
• Salt and pepper 
• 4 oz provolone cheese grated, divided 
• 4 oz Smoked Gouda 
• 1 teaspoon of Hot Sauce 
• 1 oz parmesan cheese finely grated
