• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced
• 1 cup Spicy Rye's Mango Pepper Sauce
• 1 bell pepper (preferably red or yellow for sweetness), diced
• 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
• 1 medium onion, finely chopped
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1/2 cup chicken broth or stock
• 1/2 cup heavy cream or milk
• 2 tbsp olive oil or butter
• 1 tsp fresh thyme leaves (or dried)
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1 egg (for egg wash)
