• 2/3 cup apple juice
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
• 1/2 tsp. allspice
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. rum
• 1/4 cup mascarpone cheese
• 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
• 2 cups vanilla ice cream
