- 1 shallot, minced
- 2 Clove garlic, minced
- 1 Teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 1/2 Cup heavy cream
- 1 Teaspoon ground nutmeg

- 3/4 Cup sour cream
- 1/2 Cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 Cup Romano cheese, grated
