- 1/4 iceberg lettuce
- 4 gherkins
- 2 tomatos
- 1 red onion
- 1 apple
- STEAK MARINADE
- 2 tbsp mustard
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp agave nectar
- salt&pepper
- SAUCES
- 4 tbsp vegan mayonnaise (2 tbsp per burger)
- 4 tbsp BBQ sauce (2 tbsp per burger)
