• 0.5 - Cucumber diced
• 1 - Pea Shoots or available alternative like baby cos lettuce chopped
• 1 g Peanuts chopped
• 100 g Peanuts chopped
• 1 bunch Spring Onions
• 0.5 tsp Fish Sauce
• 1 - Lime juice only
• 3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
• 1 tsp Rice Vinegar
• 1 tsp Sesame Oil
• 1 tsp Sriracha sauce optional
• 0.5 tsp SuperValu Chilli Flakes
