- ½ cup Olíva! Maple Dark Balsamic
- 2 tsp Olíva! Cinnamon Chili Seasoning
- 2 medium sweet potatoes
- 15 orange supremes (slices of orange with no pith or membrane)
- ¼ cup chèvre, crumbled
- ½ cup pomegranate seeds
- salt & pepper
