• ½ cups Pineapple cream cheese
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 3 tablespoon sugar
• ½ cups of heavy whipping cream
• 2 eggs
• 1 small can of drained crushed pineapple
• 1 can flaked coconut
• 2 cups sugar
• ½ stick butter
• 3 tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 Tablespoon cornmeal
• ½ cup water
• ½ teaspoon vanilla bean paste
