- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups fresh spinach (packed firmly)
- 4 2/3 cups plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 150 g diced feta cheese
