Ingredients

• 16 oz. Galbani® Mozzarella, shredded
• 2 fennel bulbs, cut in 1/4 inch slices
• 1 cauliflower, cut into florets
• 2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 2 cups cooked chicken, torn into bite-size pieces
• 2 cups basic tomato sauce, divided
• 2 1/2 cups béchamel sauce, divided
• 12 sheets lasagna noodles, cook as directed
• 1 cup bread crumbs, toasted
• salt and pepper, to taste
