• 2 small hot peppers, seeded, minced
• 1 tablespoon cumin seed
• 4 cloves garlic
• 2 tablespoons turmeric
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 4 large bunches kale, chopped small
• 1 to 2 pounds spinach, chopped
• 2 teaspoons ground coriander
• a splash of water
• salt and pepper to taste
• 4 oz goat cheese
