Orange Jaffa Cake Recipe - Great British Chefs

Ingredients
- 60g of caster sugar
- orange peel, from 1 large orange
- 3 gelatine leaves, platinum-grade
- 100ml of orange juice, from about 2 large oranges
- 40g of butter, browned and cooled
- 60 icing sugar
- 20g of plain flour
- 40g of ground almonds
- 1/4 tsp orange zest, finely ground
- 2 egg whites, lightly beaten
- 1 pinch of salt
- 120g of dark chocolate
