Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (125 mL) Carnation® Regular, 2% or Fat Free Evaporated Milk
• 1/2 cup (125 mL) water
• 1/3 cup (75 mL) butter, cut in small pieces
• 3/4 tsp (4 mL) salt
• 1/4 tsp (1 mL) pepper
• 1 cup (250 mL) Robin Hood® All Purpose Flour Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup (250 mL) grated old Cheddar cheese
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) grated Parmesan cheese
• pinch ground nutmeg (optional)
