Mediterranean Spinach Ring | My Version recipe by Mrs Admin (mashuda)

Ingredients

• 1 bunch spinach chopped up small .
• 1 onion chopped up
• 1 small red pepper cubes
• 1 tablespoon crushed garlic
• Salt
• 1 big tomato small cubes
• Handful Kalamato ( black olive )
• ½ cup crumbled feta
• 1 cup grated Mozzerella
• ¼ cup mayo ( I used 2 tablespoon cream cheese spread )
• 1 roll puff pastry of your choice .
• 1 egg whisked .
