• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp curry powder
• 0.5 tsp dried thyme
• 1 Large can (28oz) diced tomatoes lightly drained
• 1 cup Brown or green lentils drained
• 4 cups vegetable broth
• 2 cups water
• 1 tsp Salt
• Pepper to taste
• 1 cup kale
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
