Beef Lasagna - aninas recipes

• 2 cloves garlic (minced)
• 4 carrots (peeled and chopped fine)

• 100 gr bacon (diced)
• 750 gr lean beef mince

• 1 packet lasagna pasta sheets (you will use about 8 sheets)
• 125 gr butter
• 3/4 cups flour
• 5 cups milk

• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (grated)
