• 3 cups poultry stock
• 1 small onion, sliced
• 2 ribs celery, sliced
• 2 tablespoons Poultry Rub , ground
• 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
• 1 cup celery, small dice
• 1 cup carrot, small dice
• 1 cup onion, small dice
• 1 tablespoon Cascade Mushroom Mix
• 1/4 cup dried cranberries
• 1/2 cup poultry stock
• 2 eggs, lightly beaten
• 4-5 cups cornbread
