Ingredients

• 1 ¼ lb lean ground beef
• 1 envelope Knorr Chili Caliente Dip Mix
• ½ T Onion Parsley Salt
• ½ t Horlacher’s Seasoning*
• 1/3 C catsup
• 1 large egg
• 2 t soy sauce
• ½ C plain bread crumbs
• 1/3 C minced white onion
• 1 large yellow bell pepper cut into wide slices
