• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour sifted
• 1 1/2 cups bread flour sifted
• 2 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 3/4 tsp salt
• 1 tbsp flaky sea salt
• 3 1/2 cups dark chocolate, chopped
