• 4 sweet potatoes (different colours if possible)
• 30 g butter
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon (ground )
• 2 tsp brown sugar
• salt
• coriander leaf (garnish)
• lime wedge (garnish)
• 2 egg yolks
• 1/2 cup olive oil
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 pinch salt
• 1 pinch pepper
• 1 tbsp sriracha
• 1 tsp honey
• 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
• 1 garlic clove (crushed)
