Birch Stump Cake - Pankobunny

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups raspberries
• 1 1/2 cups blueberries
• 1 1/2 cups blackberries
• 2 tsp flour
• 2 cups unsalted butter (room temperature)
• 2 cups light brown sugar
• 2 cups granulated sugar
• 8 eggs
• 3 tsp vanilla extract
• ¼ cup wild berry jam
• 5 cups flour
• 4 tsp baking powder
• 1 tsp salt
• 2 cups sour cream

• black food colouring
• cocoa powder
• 1 cup mix of blueberries (raspberries and blackberries)
• 3 tbsp wildberry jam
