Saucepan Coffee Chocolate Cake - TK

Ingredients

• 4 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, like Guittard
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup brewed coffee (strong is best)
• 1 cup cane sugar
• 2/3 cup buttermilk (full fat preferred)
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons vanilla (I use vanilla paste)
• 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
• 2 cups all purpose flour
