• 4/6 cup margarine or butter
• 1/2 cup vegetable oil
• 1 3/4 cups sugar
• 2 eggs
• 2 tbsp. vanilla
• 1/2 cup sour milk
• 2 cups rhubarb
• 2 1/2 cups flour
• 4 tbsp. cocoa
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
• 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 tsp. baking powder
• 1/2 cup chocolate chips, optional
• 1 cup nuts, optional
