• 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs (OR 1/2 cup almond flower (low carb option))
• 2 tbsp avocado oil
• 1 small onion (diced)
• 1 can coconut milk
• 1 red bell pepper
• habanero hot sauce (to taste)
• 1/2 tsp cilantro leaves
• 1 lime
