• For the filling and topping:
• 75 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa)
• 30 g Country Range Unsalted Butter
• 115 g light brown sugar
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 Country Range Free Range Medium Eggs
• 40 g Country Range Plain Flour
