Ingredients

• 1 kg sweet potatoes skinless cubes (boiled and mashed)
• 1 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 2 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 1 teaspoon honey
• 2 cups light brown sugar
• 2 cups flour
• 2 teaspoon baking powder
• 1 teaspoon salt
• Pinch cinnamon powder
• 125g butter
• 1 tin Lancewood plain cream cheese (softened)
• 3 cups icing sugar
• 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
• 2/3 cup pecan nuts/walnuts (chopped)
• 1 tablespoon butter
• ¼ cup light brown
