- 150ml whole fat milk
- 250g self-raising flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp mixed spice
- ½ tsp fresh nutmeg
- 1tsp ground ginger
- 80g chopped dried apricots
- 80g sultanas
