Tex-Mex Meatloaf Recipe

Ingredients

• 1½ lb Lean ground beef or turkey
• 1 can 16 oz. red kidney beans or Pinto beans, rinsed & drained
• 1½ cups Picante sauce
• 1 md Onion, chopped
• 1 cl Garlic, minced
• ½ cups Dry bread crumbs
• 2 Eggs
• 1½ teaspoon Ground cumin
• ½ teaspoon Salt
• 2 tablespoon Brown sugar
