I'm so hooked on this salad that I make it often. I was craving beans one day and just threw it together. Soooo good!
Ingredients
- Dry Lentils
- Vegetable Bouillon
- Olive Oil (I used bacon fat)
- Small Onion (chopped)
- Frozen Mixed Vedgetable
- Garlic Cloves (minced)
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
