- 1 cup Brown lentils
- 0.25 cup Olive oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 5 Spring onions
- Parsley or Cilantro
- Mint
- 1 Lemon or Lime
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Carrot
- 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
- 1 tbsp Mustard
- 1 tbsp Thyme
- Feta
- Olives
- Cherry tomatoes
