Ingredients

• 1 cup almond flour
• 1 cup Honest to Goodness cassava flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1 tsp bicarb soda
• 1.5 tablespoon cinnamon
• 1/4 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp ginger, ground
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 4 eggs, room temperature
• 3/4 cup Honest to Goodness maple syrup
• 1/3 cup Honest to Goodness tahini
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup coconut oil, melted
• 2 cups carrot, shredded
