- 2-2 1/2 cups Stemilt dark-sweet cherries, pitted
- 1 tbsp of butter melted
- 1/2 cup all-purpose, unbleached flour
- 1/4 tsp of salt
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 2/3 cup 2% milk, room temperature
- Confection sugar for dusting
