Ingredients

• 2 cups Butterball Turkey, cooked and chopped
• 3 cups penne pasta, uncooked
• 1 Tbsp. olive oil
• 1½ cups onion, chopped
• 2 cups mushrooms, sliced
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 (680g) can diced tomatoes, undrained
• ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes
• 1 tsp. dried oregano
• 1 tsp. dried basil
• ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
• ½ cup white cheddar cheese, shredded
• ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
• 1 cup coarse dry breadcrumbs
• ¼ cup fresh chives
