- 1/4 cup thin cream
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce, shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup Goulburn Valley Mango, sliced thinly
- 12 cooked prawns
- 2 tbsp lime zest
- 2 tbsp mint leaves
