Spooketti - SunPork Fresh Foods

Ingredients

• 500g SunPork Fresh Foods Pork Mince
• 500g spaghetti
• ⅓ cup breadcrumbs
• ¼ cup parsley, finely chopped
• ¼ cup fresh parmesan, finely grated, plus extra for serving
• 1 egg
• 6 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
• 1 tsp. oregano
• 1 brown onion, finely chopped
• 400g canned crushed tomatoes
• 1 bay leaf
• Oil
• Salt and pepper, to season
• 100g mozzarella, thinly sliced and cut into small circles
• 6 black olives, thinly sliced
